Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused coffee or equipment in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.
Ship the Return
Send your package back to our roasting facility using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery and proof of postage.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 3-5 business days.
