How long does shipping take within the UK?
We offer standard delivery which typically takes 2-3 working days, and an expedited next-day delivery service for orders placed before 2pm.
Is your coffee roasted to order?
Yes, to ensure maximum freshness, our beans are roasted in small batches and dispatched shortly after to maintain their full flavor profile.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
We accept returns on non-perishable items within 14 days. However, due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee unless there is a quality defect.
Do you offer coffee in different grind sizes?
Absolutely. You can choose to receive your coffee as whole beans or select from various grind options including Cafetiere, Filter, Espresso, or AeroPress.
